Discover our world at www.freudenberg-pm.com.You support our team as Procurement Specialist with German#LI-HybridResponsibilities Triggering purchase orders for info records stored in the system;Verifying and entering order confirmations (quantities and delivery date);Verifying the invoices (quantity variance) and releasing them if necessary;Tracking the deliveries (dunning if necessary), tracking of overdue deliveries;Forwarding and tracking of Quality-notifications internally with quality assurance and externally to the supplier;Ensuring the completion/fulfilment of Prio Liste requested materials in due time for production planning;Assure timely response and resolution for the WE list items.Qualifications Bachelor degree in economics/business administration and/ or at least 1 year experience in the procurement of external direct materials is desired;Fluent in English and German;Understanding of procurement processes would be an advantage;SAP knowledge;Familiarized with MS Office tools;Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
