Location: India (Hybrid).Standardized Role Title: Product AnalystAbout The OpportunityWe are looking for a data-driven Product Analyst to join a cross-functional team that builds high-impact product and merchandising experiences for online shoppers. You will convert raw behaviour data into actionable insights, drive A/B test design and measurement, and deliver dashboards and models that improve acquisition, retention and average order value.Role & ResponsibilitiesDesign, run and analyse A/B experiments to evaluate product features, merchandising strategies and checkout flows; translate results into clear recommendations.Own dashboards and self-serve analytics using SQL and BI tools to track core product metrics (DAU/MAU, conversion funnel, retention, LTV).Perform cohort, segmentation and funnel analyses to identify growth opportunities and churn drivers across channels.Partner with Product Managers, Merchandisers and Growth to define KPIs, prioritise hypotheses and operationalise insights into roadmaps.Develop and maintain data models and ETL queries to ensure reliable metrics and enable downstream reporting across analytics platforms.Present findings to stakeholders with concise narratives and data visualisations to influence product and marketing decisions.Skills & QualificationsMust-HaveSQLTableauLookerGoogle AnalyticsA/B testingPythonPreferredBigQueryAmplitudeMixpanelBenefits & Culture HighlightsHybrid work model with collaborative office days for product sprints and stakeholder sessions.Ownership-focused culture: influence product roadmaps and see analytic recommendations convert to experiments and launches.Learning-first environment with mentorship, analytics tooling investment and opportunities to shape data practices across the business.To apply, emphasise strong examples of experimentation, dashboard ownership and clear examples of how your analyses influenced product or commercial outcomes.
