Implements process improvement initiatives and improve customer/implementation satisfaction Capable to handle multiple stakeholders in product Engineering group Must Have Skills:-Knowledge of above-mentioned Technologies Willing to learn and pilot innovations independently with minimal hand holding Good analytical abilities Good Communication skills Awesome team management skills Role Description:-Prior exposure to Customer facing roles or Prospect interactions is MUST Identifies critical risks and classify their based criticality and work towards the mitigation plan Identification of back up plans to mitigate or reduce or eliminate risks or reoccurrence. Provide review on critical dependencies on the product (both functional and technical) Monitor the gaps and make right escalation to stakeholders.
