Product Implementation Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the successful implementation of our applications/systems for new clients, as well as providing ongoing customer service and support for existing clients. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, timely issue resolution, and an excellent client experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementation of our application/system for new clients, including requirement gathering, configuration, data migration, testing, training, and go-live support.Provide responsive and effective customer service to existing clients, ensuring inquiries, issues, and enhancement requests are addressed in a timely manner.Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, and Operations) to deliver solutions that meet client requirements and business objectives.Document implementation progress, issues, risks, and resolutions.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the implementation process and client satisfaction.Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure successful onboarding and long-term engagement.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably related to Information Technology.Minimum 1 year of work experience in an IT company; experience in edutech is a strong plus.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and clients.Fast learner with strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in handling various client demands.Resilient and able to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines.Willing to work full WFO.
