This involves elevating our appliances to digital, software-defined products in a seamless integration of modular electronics, software, connectivity platform, and digital services.  We’re looking for a Product Lead Consumer Direct Interaction (CDI) to join us on our journey.  What you'll do: You will work together with highly skilled Engineering & Design Managers, to build and lead enthusiastic cross-functional product teams in creating the next level of direct sales to consumers and aftermarket services related to smart IoT appliances. In detail, you will:  Work in close collaboration with the leadership of the CDI regional business units to develop a shared vision for your digital products. Craft and drive roadmaps that deliver business outcomes while growing lifetime Average revenue per unit (ARPU) and optimizing Average cost per unit (ACPU). Be accountable to deliver an excellent set of products and experiences in production, maximizing digital revenue, service adoption, and attachment-rates to appliances. Represent user and business needs for the product area, spending significant time to understand needs and challenges, qualitatively and quantitatively. Prioritize product features, integrations, performance, security, global scalability, and unit economy. Evangelize the product across the company and educate stakeholders on benefits and value, linking digital product outcomes to business and commercial KPIs. Lead the OKRs definition for the product area and contribute to those of the whole organization. Together with the CDI business units, monitor the market and develop competitive analyses for monetization and aftermarket services related to home appliances and smart home more generally. Lead a team of product managers within the product area, including line management and career development. Champion inclusive product development by embedding accessibility, equity, and diverse user needs into product strategy and design decisions.  Who you are:  A Product Manager with 10+ years of experience in driving digital commerce solutions at scale, combining strong business acumen, mastery of unit economics, and expertise defining and evolving new business models. A digitally native leader, with experience in user-centric agile environments at scale, capable of translating trade-offs choices into business value, and making decisions based on data, scalability and expected business return (balancing short and long term). Solid experience in modern product management practices such as Scrum, roadmapping, discovery, OKRs, unit economics. Strong understanding of digital product lifecycle, UX design practices, and high-level software architectures. Proven experience in leading multiple cross-functional product teams with product managers, engineers, and designers, within bi-weekly and quarterly ceremonies, and facilitating cross-functional alignments across leadership and teams. Capable of growing and coaching Product Managers of different seniority towards the key areas above and the Product Management career ladder. Excellent communicator towards engineering/design leadership and CDI leadership, fluent in both strategic planning, build time and continuous delivery in production. Understanding of appliance lifetime profitability drivers and value chain are a plus (and a ‘must know’ within the first 6 months).
