Job DescriptionABOUT THE JOBHandle complex incident managementMonitor and manage day-to-day service operations to ensure the smooth functioning of systems and processesCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage service requests, incidents, and problems, ensuring adherence to SLAsAnalyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in service processesDevelop and maintain operational procedures to enhance efficiency and minimize service disruptionsCollaborate with technical teams to address product-related service issues and recommend improvementsConduct root cause analysis for recurring incidents and work with problem management or expert service improvement teams to implement solutionsEnsure documentation is up to date for all operational processes, incidents, and service management workflowsProactively identify opportunities for automation and process optimization to reduce manual intervention and increase operational efficiencyBe contactable for escalations and support, including on-call standby during out of office hours when requiredDeploy changes as needed or based on business requirementsAbout YouExperience in application/system support domain (minimum 3-5 years), with direct interaction with external clients and delivery to SLAsExperience with RHEL 7/8 operating systemsExperience with MongoDB database managementExperience in ACM domain (minimum 2-3 years), where applicableExperience in the airline industry and/or ATI know-howDegree or equivalent in Computer ScienceElectronic Engineering or equivalent Telecommunications in-country degree qualificationRecognized industry certifications such as RHCSA/RHCE, MongoDBITIL v4 Foundation CertificateEnglish fluent.
