Production Manager

EGR is a truly vertically integrated business manufacture across a variety of materials and processes, and we continue to be a dominant leader in sheet extrusion, automotive, infrastructure, and more. About the Role:We are seeking a Production Manager to join our team at EGR Extrusion , a leader in extrusion sheet manufacturing in Australia. Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Manager, you will have the ability to view the production line with a macro focus and have the ability to understand the impact on the whole on all aspects of production from the line through to timing, logistics and the delivery to our customers. You have the ability to think outside of the box and critically evaluate current processes, issues and implement effective solutions in a pressured environment.You will collaborate closely with leaders and team members, fostering strong relationships and clear communication to drive meaningful, positive outcomes.
