Production Manager

Designation: Production Manager Experience: 4+ years Salary: Up to ₹37,000/- per month Location: Hidesign Factory, No. 244/1, Odhiampet, Villianur, Pondicherry-605110, India.Key Responsibilities · Plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing operations for leather goods · Lead production planning, including line and group production based on shipment priorities · Maintain up-to-date work records and ensure accurate production documentation · Allocate and prepare headcount across production lines · Monitor and report on UPH (Units Per Hour) and production performance · Arrange CFT meetings, educate and train operators · Drive clear and safe working practices on the shop floor · Organize machine and jigs planning for new production styles · Monitor daily output and track rework and production quality · Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operations and meet deadlinesNote: Candidates must have experience in the Leather Goods industry (bags, wallets, etc.), strong leadership skills, and hands-on experience with production analytics and team management.Interested?
