Job Description

Expression is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Administrator to support the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) under the ISCOM Division. The Program Administrator will provide administrative and project coordination support to ensure effective program execution, timely deliverables, and smooth operational workflows. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, and the ability to prepare reports, manage schedules, and coordinate across stakeholders in a federal program environment.Location and ClearanceWashington, DC - onsiteActive Secret or Top Secret clearance required (U.S. Citizenship required)Minimal Travel (ResponsibilitiesSupport program/project office activities by preparing management plans, reports, and briefings.Develop and maintain schedules to facilitate timely completion of proposals, contract deliverables, task order reviews, and in-process reviews.Coordinate meetings, presentations, and program briefings to ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned.Perform analysis, development, and review of administrative operating procedures to improve efficiency.Use Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and Project to develop schedules, process diagrams, and program documentation.Track deliverables and maintain program records, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.Assist with the preparation of program metrics, executive summaries, and other reporting requirements.Collaborate with program leadership, technical teams, and client stakeholders to support mission execution.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; or equivalent experience.Minimum of 2 years of experience in program administration, project coordination, or related support role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, and Project. Strong organizational, scheduling, and time-management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred ExperiencePrior experience supporting NTIA, Department of Commerce, or other federal civilian agencies.Familiarity with program management processes in federal contracting environments.Experience preparing management reports, program documentation, and stakeholder briefings.
