ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED ---------ResponsibilitiesWork on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given programIdentify, develop, assess and transition new C4ISR battle management concepts and technologies into NAVWAR product lines Leverage industry best practices that generate new ideas, and produce new technologies, processes, strategies and services to improve warfighter capabilitiesConduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and proceduresManaging multiple Science and Technology (S&T) portfoliosReviewing S&T proposals and initiatives Conduct work simplification and measurement studiesPrepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectivelyApply analytic techniques in support of the evaluation of program/project objectivesAnalyze requirements, status, budget and schedulesPerform management, technical, or business case analysesCollect, complete, organize and interpret data relating to projects and programs. Track program/project status and schedulesApply project management concepts to assigned duties Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data managementApplying data management, data analysis, and data visualizationDesigning multiple data visualization techniques, and applying the most appropriate visualization tailored to various audiencesQualifications RequirementsActive Top Secret security clearance required Bachelor's Degree and advanced technical degree from an accredited College or UniversityThree (3) or more years in executing and managing Science and Technology (S&T) portfoliosThree (3) or more years of facilitating an organization's innovative concepts and technologies to promote C4ISRThree (3) or more years of reviewing S&T proposals and initiativesThree (3) or more years of generating technical reports, strategy plans and metricsThree (3) or more years of managing data collection and analysisExperience And SkillsExperience applying data management, data analysis, and data visualizationExperience in designing multiple data visualization techniques, and applying the most appropriate visualization tailored to various audiencesExcellent oral and written skillsExcellent critical thinking skillsProficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookAbility to work independently and as a team memberSpecialized project management support experience with a Navy acquisition program or related/comparable project management support experience with Department of Defense (DoD)
