If you’re looking for more than just another job and want to grow your skills in a fast-moving, growth-oriented company, BSN gives you the opportunity to work on dynamic live events, learn from experienced colleagues, and build a career with real long-term potential as we continue to expand.Role DescriptionThe Project Manager is responsible for managing partner and customer projects end-to-end, from initial kickoff through planning, implementation, live operations, and close-out.This role supports both:Permanent venue deployments; andTemporary event deployments (corporate conferences, sporting events, festivals, brand activations, product launches, etc.).You’ll be the primary point of contact for assigned projects, coordinating internal BSN teams (engineering, warehouse, logistics, NOC, on-site field staff) and external stakeholders (customers, venues, agencies, vendors) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to BSN’s standards.This position can be full-time, part-time, or contractor, depending on the candidate and business needs.You should have experience supporting live events, be able to speak to high-level technology solutions, feel comfortable working with technical teams and concepts, and be confident leading structured customer conversations about scope, timelines, and status. Some travel to customer or event sites may be required for key milestones.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Project ManagementOwn the full lifecycle for assigned partner/customer projects—from handoff through completionLead project kickoff, clarify objectives, scope, timelines, and success criteria with customers and internal teamsBuild and maintain project plans, schedules, task lists, and milestonesTrack progress, manage dependencies, and keep projects moving toward agreed deadlinesIdentify and manage risks, issues, and changes in a practical, straightforward way (scope/timeline/priority)Customer & Partner CommunicationServe as the main day-to-day point of contact for customers and partners on your projectsRun regular status calls and check-ins; share clear updates on what’s been done and what’s nextSet and manage expectations around deliverables, timelines, and changesCapture decisions, action items, and follow-ups in concise written form (emails, notes, summaries)Internal CoordinationCoordinate with Engineering, Network Operations, Warehouse & Logistics, and field teams to align tasks and timelinesEnsure network designs, gear pulls, staging/testing, and shipping plans are in placeWork with Network Operations to ensure monitoring, alerting, and support coverage are set up for live periodsConfirm documentation and handoff details are ready when projects move into ongoing operations/supportEvent & Venue SupportSupport pre-event planning and testing, live event operations from a PM perspective, and post-event debriefsHelp coordinate load-in/load-out timing with customers, venues, and BSN teams (when applicable)Capture lessons learned and feed them back into standard processes, templates, and runbooksQualifications3–5+ years of experience managing projects in one or more of the following areas:Live events, experiential, AV, staging, or productionIT / networking, Managed Service Provider (MSP), or technology servicesProven experience managing customer-facing projects end to end (scope, schedule, communication, delivery)Ability to understand and work with basic technical concepts related to network infrastructureStrong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects at onceExcellent written and verbal communication; able to communicate clearly with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholdersExperience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Monday, MS Project, or similar)Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and collaborating across distributed teamsWillingness to support occasional evening or weekend work tied to live event schedules and key milestonesPMP certification is a plus
