Project Engineer (Batam)

Roles & Responsibilities:1. Lead and manage complex plastic part projects2. Participate in DFM analysis and tooling design3. Manage tool makers communication.4. Communicate effectively customer requirements and project deliverables5. Develop project plans, processes and schedule6. Identify and mitigate project risks7. Track project progress and identify potential delays8. Document project activities and provide status updates and reports9. Able to work independently with minimum supervision10. Readily to be assigned with ad hoc tasks, especially to support process engineering Qualifications:- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.- 5+ years of project management with mould design, or making or process experience will be advantage- Experience in managing projects within a manufacturing environment.- Good understanding of plastic part manufacturing processes.- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, particularly in English and Mandarin."We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."JOB LOCATION: BATAM, INDONESIA
