Project ManagerNortheast Metro Atlanta, GAFinder's Fee AvailableResponsibilities Coordinate with general contractor, architect, outside engineers, and any other stakeholders Manage contract scope and commitments; ensure drawings are consistent with specified scope Responsible for cost control and monitoring project spend; including issuing and tracking POs Approve invoices to ensure accuracy of the order and pricing Provide logistical and scheduling support for shop and field through completion Maintain detailed and organized records for a project and compile close out documentation Develop and track all billings and change orders; maintain projection of future monthly billings Develop the project schedule and execute the project through architectural drawings, submittals, material procurement, fabrication, andfield installationQualifications A university degree in construction management, engineering, business or a related field A minimum of 5 or more years of relevant experience Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals Ability to read technical drawings and procedures, and government regulations Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and prepare project documentation Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, customers, clients and the general public.
