Project Manager

We’re recruiting for a leading contractor delivering award-winning CAT A & CAT B commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across Central London. This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager ready to take ownership of complex schemes, upwards of £15 million. You’ll work alongside industry-leading teams, managing projects for Tier 1 clients in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment that rewards initiative and supports long-term development.Key responsibilities:Manage day-to-day delivery of major fit-out/refurb projectsCoordinate with design, commercial, and site teams from preconstruction through handoverEnsure key programme, cost, and quality milestones are achievedBuild strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partnersLead site teams with a hands-on, solutions-focused approachWhat we’re looking for:Experience managing high end CAT A & CAT B fit-out/refurbishment projects, ideally over £10 millionRising stars - people who want to make a name of themselves in the industry Proven ability to manage programmes, teams, and client expectationsBackground with a respected main contractor or specialist fit-out firmThis is a fantastic time to join a dynamic and growing contractor with a strong project pipeline and excellent career development opportunities.Interested in learning more?
