It is committed to building long-term relationships with clients, team members, and partners.ABOUT THE ROLELead projects from pre-construction through completionPrepare estimates and budgets as neededDevelop and maintain project schedulesIdentify and resolve project issues with creative problem-solvingEnsure consistent communication with all project stakeholdersManage and support on-site superintendentsNegotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliersOversee project financials and reportingParticipate in pre-construction services in collaboration with internal teamsSupport and enforce the company’s safety program and standardsProjects:Grocery stores - 8m - 12mABOUT THE CANDIDATEBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldMinimum of 8 years of experience in commercial construction project managementExperience managing projects valued at $10 million or more strongly preferredStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
