Macan Deve offers competitive compensation, health and retirement benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager, based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with partial work-from-home options. The Project Manager will oversee all phases of project delivery, from planning and design through procurement, implementation, and close-out, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with client requirements, managing scheduling and resources, driving stakeholder engagement and coordination, and addressing logistical challenges to meet project timelines and quality standards. The role involves frequent communication with varied Project team members to deliver effective and impactful infrastructure solutions.Qualifications5-15 years of experience in Project Management (preferably in the MEP industry), including planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projectsProven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and technical deliverablesStrong knowledge of mechanical systems; familiarity with electrical and plumbing systems preferredProficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, Procore, E-Builder/Trimble or similar) and engineering tools (BlueBeam Revu, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and client-facing skillsFamiliarity with ISO 9000 standards is a plusBachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, or civil), Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced degrees, licenses, or certifications (e.g., PE, AIA. PMP) are advantageous
