You’ll be responsible for delivering real estate-related technology upgrades, hardware installations, and lab build-outs within a fast-paced, Agile-oriented team. This is a high-visibility role with significant stakeholder engagement and the opportunity to contribute to long-term technology modernization efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver real estate-related infrastructure projects on time, within scope and budgetLead initiatives involving office renovations, lab setups, and technology decommissionsReview and analyze construction drawings and space layouts for technology fitCreate project documentation including cost estimates, approvals, reports, and roadmapsManage end-to-end tech deployment: removals, installations, user training, and testingEngage with Real Estate, Construction, IT, AV, and vendor partnersTrack project budgets, monitor variances, and secure change approvalsFacilitate meetings and ensure strong internal and external communicationRequired Experience8+ years of hands-on project management experienceDirect experience in technology-driven real estate projectsFamiliarity with network infrastructure, AV, monitors, office move coordinationExperience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teamsNice-to-Have ExperienceAgile work environments (Kanban/Scrum)Previous experience in financial or banking environmentsBanking experience is an assetRequired SkillsProject Management (8+ years)Infrastructure and hardware deploymentsVendor coordination and stakeholder managementTechnical drawing/office layout reviewStrong documentation and budgeting skillsStrong communication and time managementPreferred SkillsAgile certificationPMP certificationAdditional SkillsExecutive stakeholder communicationFamiliarity with executive office setups and lab technology rolloutsAbout the ClientTop 10 bank in Canada and North America offering comprehensive financial solutions.
