Then become part of Wavestone as an Project Manager Officer in Romania.Your TasksYou will support organizations through strategic IT transformations (using your AI expertise to tailor customer-centered solutions)You will support project stakeholders in planning and tracking of projects & activitiesYou will initiate and control various activities in the context of time, budget, scope managementYou will create a quality management system and continuous improvement of project quality while executing risk management activitiesYou will oversee the planning and implementation of communication and stakeholder managementYou will provide support in the preparation of reports, dashboards, and project status updates for stakeholders.You will participate in workshops and meetings to facilitate knowledge sharing and gather feedback on project deliverables.You will assist in the onboarding process for new team members by providing project documentation and guidance.You will manage projects by leveraging AI to enhance e.g. resource allocation, budget forecasting, project planning & tracking or risk managementYour ProfileGraduated with top grades in Business Administration, Business Informatics/Business IT, Computer Science, or an equivalent fieldProven professional experience (3-5 years) as a PMO or Project Manager, or in a comparable position in an Agile environmentExtensive experienced in agile and traditional methodologiesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Word, etc.) as well as agile project management tools (e.g., MS Projects, JIRA/Atlassian, MS Azure DevOps)Strong process management, organizational, time management skills with attention to detail and leadership experienceEmpathy, communication skills and strong team spiritExcellent methodological skills in requirement gathering and process mappingHigh willingness to learn and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentStrong IT affinity and a passion for software and AI technologiesCertification such as PMP, Prince2, PSM or similarExcellent written and verbal communication skills in German and EnglishWillingness to travel occasionally (approximately 5-6 times a year)Does this sound like an exciting challenge for you?
