Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects within our clients internal IT division. You will manage planning, resourcing, scheduling, execution, and closure, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver business outcomes on time, within budget, and to scope.This role is accountable for ensuring adherence to governance, compliance, and risk management standards while maintaining clear and transparent communication with stakeholders across all project phases.Key Responsibilities:Lead delivery of IT infrastructure and solution projects across multiple streams (analytics platforms, automation, onboarding solutions).Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and business analysts.Maintain stakeholder engagement and ensure effective communication through reports, dashboards, and steering committee updates.Oversee risk management, change control, and governance compliance throughout the project lifecycle.Lead internal team members and external vendors to achieve project objectives, providing coaching, feedback, and performance monitoring.Skills & Experience Required:Proven experience managing enterprise IT projects, both infrastructure and solution delivery.Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery approaches.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and change effectively.Relevant certifications (PRINCE2, PMBOK, AgilePM, ScrumMaster).Proficiency with project management tools (ServiceNow PPM, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project).Desirable:Experience in hybrid delivery environments.Knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and integration patterns.Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.Personal Attributes:Highly organised, detail-oriented, and outcome-focused.Resilient under pressure, adaptable to change, and politically savvy.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.Why Join:This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact IT initiatives, strengthen governance and risk management, and enhance stakeholder confidence in project delivery.
