We are a purpose driven, ethical and quality-first provider!Role DescriptionThis is a contract role for a Support Coordinator/Specialist Support Coordinator/Social Worker. As part of our team, the specialist will be responsible for providing support coordination, case management, and recovery coaching to our clients. The role involves developing personalized plans, facilitating access to services, and offering ongoing support to ensure clients' needs are met. This is a remote role however you must be based in greater Adelaide, allowing for flexible working arrangements while maintaining constant communication with clients and service providers.QualificationsStrong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities, both verbal and writtenExperience in Case Management as well as Support CoordinationTechnical Support skills and proficiency with relevant toolsAbility to work independently and remotelyExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsPrevious experience in the NDIS sector is essentialBachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field is preferred
