A world without waste.Role SummaryWe are looking for a qualified and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government relations, documentation, and legal processes. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with Sharjah and Dubai government offices and possess strong Arabic communication skills (reading and writing) to ensure accurate and efficient handling of official documents.Key Responsibilities:1. Visa and Immigration DocumentationPrepare and complete visa application forms, work permits, and residency paperwork for employees and dependents.Ensure all visa applications are filled accurately and submitted in a timely manner.Track application statuses and follow up with relevant government entities for approvals.2. Compliance and AccuracyVerify that all documentation complies with immigration and labour regulations.Ensure employee files are complete with all required government documentation.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa requirements and immigration policies.3. Liaison with Government AuthoritiesAct as a point of contact between the organization and various government departments (e.g., the MOHRE, Immigration, Municipality, RTA, Judicial dept, Economic dept, Civil defence, Pension Authority and Embassies).Submit applications and letters to the authorities and follow up on the progress or any issues.Represent the company during official inspections or audits by labour or immigration authorities.4. Labour Quota and Work PermitsManage company labour quota applications and renewals in coordination with the Ministry of Labour.Monitor labour status and ensure employee permits align with legal quotas and job titles.Track expiry dates of all work permits and visas to ensure timely renewal or cancellation.5. Correspondence and Record KeepingDraft official letters, memos, and supporting documents for visa and labour-related processes.Maintain a centralized record of all correspondence, approvals, and documents related to immigration and labour affairs.Organize and maintain internal trackers and databases for ongoing disputes and status updates.6.
