Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldExperience12+ years of professional experience in civil engineering and construction quality managementAt least 5 years of dedicated QA/QC leadership experience in dam and hydropower infrastructure projects, including tunnels, spillways, powerhouses, and RCC structuresStrong background in managing quality systems aligned with ISO 9001 standards, including quality planning, inspections, audits, and non-conformance resolutionProven experience in FIDIC contract-based projects with international contractorsDemonstrated capability in leading QA/QC teams, conducting internal/external audits, and interfacing with third-party laboratories and regulatory bodiesSkillsDeep knowledge of QA processes, concrete/masonry testing, welding, geotechnical QAUse of digital QA tools, checklists, and documentation platformsStrong command of technical standards (ASTM, ACI, EN, BIS)At Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
