💼 We’re Hiring: Quality Assurance Executive | Propstar technologiesPropstar technologies is looking for a detail-focused and analytical Quality Assurance Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent active listening skills, strong analytical and decision-making abilities, and a proactive approach to ensuring communication quality and consistency across all client interactions.Position: Quality Assurance Executive Location: Onsite, Propstar technologies Work Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift) Salary: Open budget — based on skills and expertiseKey Responsibilities:Monitor and evaluate calls to assess quality, accuracy, and professionalism.Take detailed notes and maintain accurate records of quality observations.Identify communication strengths and areas of improvement across the support and sales teams.Ensure adherence to company guidelines, tone, and communication standards.Maintain organized reports of call evaluations and performance summaries.Participate in internal calibration sessions and continuous training.Uphold objectivity and fairness in all quality assessments.Requirements:Excellent active listening, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.Strong understanding of the BPO and call center industry will be beneficial.Exceptional fluency in English with a keen ear for tone, clarity, and delivery.Strong attention to detail and ability to identify communication inconsistencies.Proactive, disciplined, and self-driven approach to work.Basic computer literacy (MS Office, documentation tools).Comfortable working in a night shift (7 PM – 4 AM) environment.What We Offer:Open budget, salary based entirely on skills and expertise.In-depth training from the ground up to develop quality assurance expertise.Growth opportunities within a performance-driven and professional culture.A collaborative environment that values precision, initiative, and accountability.
