Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Checker for a full-time, on-site role based in Gampaha District. The Quality Checker will be responsible for overseeing the quality control process, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with established standards. Day-to-day tasks include auditing production processes, identifying potential issues, and collaborating with the team to implement quality improvements. The position ensures that all products meet strict quality assurances and aligns with the company’s reputation for excellence. QualificationsStrong skills in Analytical Thinking and Quality Management processes.Attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to solve problems effectively.A NVQ Certificate or diploma in Refrigeration/Air conditioning, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.Experience in a Refrigeration / Air Conditioning Industry or quality-focused role is highly advantageous.Trainees also encourage to apply
