Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Specialist located in the Kurunegala District. The Quality Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality management processes, performing quality assurance and control checks, and conducting audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards. Additional tasks include analyzing data to identify trends, recommending process improvements, and collaborating with teams to ensure product and service excellence. Qualifications Strong Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Auditing skillsExcellent Analytical Skills to evaluate performance data and recommend improvementsEffective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with diverse teamsAttention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standardsExperience in quality management systems or related fields is a plusBachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred
