We are a leading recruiting comapny in Sri Lanka, we are looking for a Senior Manager Quality Assurance a leading apperal company based in Sri Lanka. And the ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products, services, and processes meet the highest quality standards and comply with organizational and regulatory requirements. This role oversees the entire quality management system, leading initiatives that drive continuous improvement, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and systems across all departments. Lead and manage the QA team to achieve organizational quality objectives and continuous improvement goals. Monitor product and process performance through audits, inspections, and data analysis. Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and certifications (ISO, GMP, HACCP, etc.). Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for identified issues. Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to maintain quality consistency. Establish and track quality metrics (KPIs) to evaluate process efficiency and product performance. Oversee quality documentation, reporting, and training programs for employees. Drive a culture of quality, safety, and compliance across the organization. Report on quality performance and improvement initiatives to senior leadership. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Quality Management, Manufacturing or Process Technology or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control, including 3-5 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and relevant standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GMP, or equivalent). Experience in implementing process improvements using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies. Proven track record of leading audits, managing compliance, and driving quality performance. Key SkillsExcellent leadership and team management capabilities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Thorough understanding of QA tools, systems, and methodologies. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a strategic and process-driven mindset. Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple departments. High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to quality excellence.
