Job Title: Quality Manager (Part-Time)Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Company: Radcare Medical Company Department: Quality DepartmentJob SummaryRadcare Medical Company is seeking a Part-Time Quality Manager to oversee and enhance the company’s Quality Management System in alignment with national and international healthcare standards (CBAHI, JCIA, ISO). The selected candidate will ensure compliance, patient safety, and service excellence across all departments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain quality control policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with CBAHI, JCIA, ISO, and MOH standards.Conduct internal audits and prepare corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).Monitor and evaluate operational processes to identify improvement opportunities.Lead quality improvement initiatives and performance indicators (KPIs).Manage risk assessments, incidents, and patient feedback reports.Support accreditation readiness and continuous improvement programs.Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management.Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Quality Management, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare quality management.Strong understanding of CBAHI, JCIA, and ISO standards.CPHQ or ISO Lead Auditor certification is preferred.Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.Ability to work independently and deliver results on a part-time schedule.
