Our mission is to provide "lidar-like" 3D data and imagery from space, serving critical applications for both commercial and defense customers.Array labs is seeking a Recruiting Assistant to join our team.As a key member of Array Labs’ hiring team, you’ll be responsible for helping build the foundation of the company. This is a hands-on role that will involve partnering closely with leadership and hiring managers to define, execute, and refine our recruiting strategy as we rapidly scale. You’ll help discover, screen, and build our team, while also shaping the systems and processes we rely on. No task is too big or too small—you’ll be a key part of a fast-moving, mission-driven team where impact is immediate and visible.ResponsibilitiesPartner with recruiting team to manage recruiting process to move candidates effectively through the hiring processManage calendars and scheduling a of interviews (phone, video, and in-person) for candidates and interviewersMaintain and update candidate information and position statuses within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HRIS to ensure accurate and organized recordsCoordinate and process background checks, reference checks, and necessary pre-employment tasksEvaluate candidates for alignment with company mission and valuesRefine and continuously improve hiring processes to enhance candidate experienceRepresent Array Labs at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunitiesQualifications2 years of experience as a Recruiting Assistant, Interview Scheduler or any administrative support capacityExcellent teamwork and communication skillsHigh levels of self-motivation and personal accountabilityAbility to work in a fast-paced environment under significant time constraintsknowledge of modern productivity and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack)Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to recruitingDemonstrated ability to work autonomously while maintaining team collaborationUS citizen, permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United StatesPreferred Skills and ExperienceExperience in TA/HR in the Aerospace industryKnowledge of recruiting common best practices Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo, Workday, Lever etc...)ITAR RequirementsTo conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of StateEqual Opportunity EmployerArray Labs is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
