The role focuses on crafting high-quality executive summaries that accurately reflect each candidate’s technical expertise, while also managing smooth coordination between candidates, clients, and internal teams.You’ll handle end-to-end candidate communication, from availability checks and reminders to interview preparation and assessment management, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every stage.ResponsibilitiesWrite clear, factual, and engaging executive summaries to present candidates to clients effectivelyManage candidate communication, including reminders, availability checks, preparation calls, and timely updatesShare and monitor assessments, resolve access issues, track proctoring reports, and move qualified candidates to next stagesMaintain ATS hygiene by updating candidate stages, adding relevant tags, and archiving closed profilesCollaborate with internal delivery and client teams to ensure real-time visibility of interview outcomesSupport client submissions by ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and client-readyUphold Smart Working’s tone and quality standards across all written and verbal communicationKey SkillsExceptional written communication and storytelling ability — especially in summarizing technical profilesStrong coordination and follow-up skills with a proactive approach to candidate managementFamiliarity with ATS platforms, ChatGPT, and Google Workspace toolsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple candidates simultaneouslyAbility to maintain professionalism and clarity in a fast-paced, remote environmentRequirementsBachelor’s degree preferred2 - 4 years of experience in recruitment coordination, delivery operations, or related rolesProficiency in Google Sheets, documentation, and productivity toolsExposure to tech recruitment processes preferredExperience in client-facing coordination is an advantageCertification or familiarity with AI tools is a plusBenefitsFixed Shifts: 10 AM, PKT - 7 PM, PKTNo Weekend Work: Real work-life balance, not just wordsSupport That Matters: Mentorship, community, and forums where ideas are sharedTrue Belonging: A long-term career where your contributions are valuedAt Smart Working, you’ll never be just another remote hire.Be a Smart Worker — valued, empowered, and part of a culture that celebrates integrity, excellence, and ambition.If that sounds like your kind of place, we’d love to hear your story. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
