Technical Project Manager

droppGroup is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of projects across AI, Web3, and immersive ecosystems. The ideal candidate combines technical understanding with hands-on experience in development and deployment, ensuring seamless coordination between engineering, product, and design teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.Key Responsibilities Lead the technical delivery of projects across AI, Web3, and immersive ecosystems from concept to deployment.Translate business and product requirements into structured technical roadmaps and clear execution milestones.Coordinate across engineering, product, and design to ensure frictionless development and consistent technical quality.Oversee code development, testing, and release cycles with disciplined version control and CI/CD practices.Contribute to hands-on problem solving such as reviewing commits, debugging blockers, and ensuring production-grade stability.Maintain precise documentation of workflows, deployments, and technical decisions for traceability and onboarding.Plan timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation with accuracy without guesswork, no delay.Manage distributed teams that operate asynchronously across time zones with strong communication and accountability.Run short, focused syncs only when needed; otherwise, drive progress through written clarity and decisive execution.Identify technical risks early, propose clean solutions, and escalate only when alignment is required.Continuously refine internal systems and delivery tools (ClickUp, Bitbucket ) to reduce friction and improve output.Ensure every deliverable meets droppGroup’s standards for performance, scalability, and security before release.Represent the project’s technical health and delivery status to leadership with concise, fact-based reporting.Qualifications 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing software or technical projectsStrong understanding of software development lifecycles, and Git-based workflowsAbility to communicate with creatives and developers and instilling smooth workflows  Experience with modern tech stacks (React, C#, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, etc.)Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skillsExperience with Web3, AI, or cloud-native environmentsProven ability to deliver technology initiatives, PMP certification preferredBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plusWhat We Offer Remote first flexibility, aligned with the KSA (GMT+3) time zone Competitive compensation, with reliable and transparent paymentsPerformance based incentives and professional growth opportunities Access to internal leadership and upskilling programs A collaborative environment that values creativity, accountability, and innovation droppGroup is a global technology company operating across New York, Toronto, Riyadh, the UAE, and London.
