Locations – Matara / Kandy / KurunegalaKey ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer coordination.Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate technical/final interviews with hiring managers.Represent the company at job fairs, recruitment programs of Universities / Technical Institutes, and networking events to build strong talent pipelines.Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant labour regulations.Support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain high-caliber talent.Key RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.1–2 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably hiring sales staff.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems is an advantage.Proactive, results-oriented, and detail-focused.
