You’ll partner closely with colleagues across EMEA and report to the Global Real Estate Manager.The RoleBased in our Budapest office, the Senior Facilities Coordinator will oversee day-to-day operations for all EMEA locations. From maintenance and space planning to vendor management and safety compliance, you’ll ensure our offices run smoothly and provide an excellent employee experience.What You’ll DoManage facilities across EMEA, including maintenance of AC, electrical, fire, and other systemsHandle employee facility requests and landlord coordination via ticketing systemsOversee contractors, service providers, and office supply ordersAct as the primary landlord contact for daily operations and renovation projectsEnsure security, safety, and emergency procedures are in placeSupport budgeting, financial tracking, and resource allocation for facilitiesManage vendor contracts and evaluate performanceRecommend, document, and track facility improvementsSupervise office space assignments, furniture, and purchase ordersConduct site visits and inspections, including compliance with ISO 14000Maintain internal communication platforms and reportingOccasionally support after-hours or weekend projectsWhat You BringBachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or 7+ years in facilities/property management, safety, or security supervisionStrong communication and customer service skillsFamiliarity with local safety and environmental regulationsProven experience supporting multinational facilities or related operationsAbility to work independently as the sole facilities lead in a satellite officeStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsPreferred SkillsInternal web platform maintenanceProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience with office space management softwareFacilities budget management proficiencyAbout YouYou’re detail-oriented, resourceful, and committed to delivering a safe and well-managed workplace.
