This role will focus on driving growth through strategic planning, market development, and successful product introductions. You will build and strengthen distributor partnerships, ensuring clear performance expectations, capability development, and effective market coverage. A key part of the role involves engaging major healthcare institutions, developing long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, and positioning a comprehensive technology portfolio through consultative selling and clinical support. Leading a high-performing sales team is essential, fostering partnership and alignment with organisational values. The position also requires strong engagement with public and private sector stakeholders, oversight of strategic accounts, and negotiation of complex contracts. Success in this role will depend on being data driven by leveraging market intelligence, monitoring competitive activity, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards. High frequency travel within the region and close collaboration with cross-functional teams will be integral to achieving business objectives.What you'll need to succeedBachelor's degree in Biomedical, Life Sciences or related degreesProven success in sales strategy, revenue growth, and exceeding targets across ASEAN markets6 years' in people leadership roles (track record of team leadership, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams) with more than 10 years of medical devices or medical technologySolid experience managing distributor networks and/or direct sales teams, with capability-building and performance optimisationDeep understanding of public and private healthcare systems, regulatory frameworks, and tendering processes in the regionDemonstrated ability to engage senior hospital administrators, clinical leaders, and government stakeholdersExpertise in critical care medical devices and hospital automation solutions; familiarity with surgical workflows and ventilated patient managementSkilled in strategic account management, new business development, and complex contract negotiationsWhat you'll get in returnLead the charge in transforming healthcare across ASEAN by driving strategic growth for cutting-edge medical technologies.
