Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager in Food & Beverage, located in Surabaya. The Restaurant Manager will oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff hiring and training, and maintain high-quality food and beverage standards. Additional responsibilities include fostering effective team communication, achieving customer satisfaction goals, and implementing strategies for operational efficiency and service excellence. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service and customer satisfactionExperience in hiring, training, and managing teamsProficient communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge and experience in the Food & Beverage industryAdaptability, leadership, and problem-solving capabilitiesBachelor's degree in hospitality, food service, or a related field is advantageousExperience managing a fine-dining or franchise restaurant is a plus
