This role directly supports biker readiness and compliance, enabling them to startearning and positively impact their communities.What you'll be doing:Deliver training sessions and orientations to ensure bikers meet operational, customer service, and safetystandards.Facilitate skills assessments and provide constructive feedback to applicantsConduct motorcycle checking and reinforce safety complianceSupport and represent Training during offsite eventsPrepare and maintain training materials, reports, and necessary documentationMonitor trainee attendance, progress, and performance to ensure readiness for deploymentRequirementsBachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or any related fieldAt least 1-2 years of experience in training, facilitation, or related roles (experiencein motorcycle riding instruction, adult learning, or operations is an advantage)Strong facilitation and presentation skillsKnowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologiesAbility to prepare training materials and conduct skills assessmentsBasic reporting and documentation skillsMust have a Professional Driver's License with code 1 or ALicensed Professional Teacher (LPT) or equivalent training certifications (TESDA/NC)BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) Certification (required)Must know how to ride and handle a motorcycle, willing to travel and be assigned in offsite events, flexible with work schedules, and able to work both independently and in a team
