About the RoleThis role centers on leading enablement teams, strengthening training performance, and partnering with leadership to drive operational excellence. You’ll manage people, coach quality, and shape training frameworks in a fast-moving environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage 2–5 direct reports and a team of 40+ enablement staffLead quality and performance coaching sessions for assigned call productsMaintain, enhance, and adapt the training delivery modelBuild and sustain strong cross-functional relationshipsDevelop complex visuals and decks for leadership reviewPresent effectively to senior leaders in a matrix organizationFacilitate engaging meetings and training sessionsApply business understanding to craft effective, scalable solutionsMust-Have QualificationsBachelor’s degree (preferred)At least 2 years of management experienceHands-on experience in training delivery and adult learningStrong decision-making and problem-solving capabilityExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to handle multiple projects and deadlinesComfortable working under pressure and flexible hoursExperience managing teams in virtual/hybrid setupsStrong relationship-building skillsProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNoteBasic medical/healthcare domain knowledge
