All brands are widely available in leading retailers across the Philippines.Why Choose FUTURE GLOW?Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits packageOpportunities for career advancementOur hybrid setup means you get the best of both worlds: the energy and collaboration of the office combined with the flexibility to work from home when you need to.What will you do?Daily Administrative Tasks: assists in sales activities such as but not limited to preparation of selling samples, receiving, and processing of purchase orders, and checking the accuracy of data in all orders and invoices.Confidential Administrative Tasks: processes, develops, and maintains sales reports; safe keeps retailer off take files, contracts, trading terms & agreements and customer invoices.Maintains and updates clients' records.Communicates important feedback from customers internally.Manages the ad hoc needs of the Sales Team including travel bookings, office supplies, purchase orders via SAP, request for payments, courier bookings, etc.Who are we looking for?Has a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or other related fields.Able to work under strict deadlines.Proficient in MS office and familiar with SAP.Has accuracy in reporting and is keen to details.Willing to be on a hybrid set-up: 4 days on-site, 1 day work from home.Willing to be based in Tomas Morato, Quezon City area.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
