Job SummaryThe Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing operational workflows, ensuring smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining accurate sales and inventory data. This role enables the sales team to focus on strategic selling and revenue generation while ensuring high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities1. Streamline Processes & CommunicationCoordinate effectively between clients, the sales team, and relevant internal departments (operations, finance, logistics, etc.).Ensure seamless workflow from order placement to delivery by monitoring progress and resolving any operational bottlenecks.Maintain strong communication channels to support timely and accurate information flow.2. Enhance Customer SatisfactionProvide proactive and professional support to clients by addressing queries promptly.Ensure timely responses, accurate order processing, and effective follow-up.Monitor customer orders for accuracy and coordinate with teams to ensure on-time delivery.3. Support Sales Growth & Team ProductivityHandle administrative functions such as preparing quotations, sales documents, reports, and client correspondence.Manage meeting schedules, follow-up reminders, CRM updates, and contract documentation.Assist the sales team by taking ownership of operational and coordination tasks, enabling them to focus on closing deals and achieving revenue targets.4. Maintain Data Accuracy & Inventory CoordinationMonitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability aligns with customer requirements.Manage stock reorder processes in collaboration with procurement and warehouse teams, ensuring buffer levels are maintained.Update and maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems.Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma or Degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or customer support (preferred).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP/CRM systems (advantage).Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
