Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive, based in Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding and presenting service offerings, and achieving sales targets. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to align client needs with company solutions and providing exceptional customer support and follow-up. Qualifications Proven sales skills including prospecting, lead generation, and negotiationCustomer relationship management and communication proficiencyBasic understanding of financial products and life insurance servicesGoal-oriented mindset and the ability to meet sales targetsTeam collaboration skills and adaptability in hybrid work environmentsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or related field preferredPrior experience in insurance or financial services is an advantageProficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software is beneficial
