Your leadership elevates our sales efforts, ensuring success in every interaction.Serve as the primary telephone and email contact for guest and corporate inquiries regarding events, property facilities, services, and promotions. Conduct hotel site inspections and show-arounds for potential clients, effectively conveying sales details. Prepare and manage all sales-related documents throughout the process, including proposals, contracts, Banquet Event Orders, and welcome kits. Generate group and corporate leads through proactive internet prospecting, networking, and telemarketing activities. Maintain and update customer databases, create company profiles in the property management system, and manage negotiated rate codes. Coordinate internally with the sales team and externally with vendors to arrange meetings, events, and necessary client arrangements. Provide comprehensive administrative support by managing schedules, transcribing meeting minutes, filing documents, and ensuring the availability of sales materials. Utilize effective sales strategies to maximize hotel revenue and establish strong relationships with clients and vendors. Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction. Conduct research, prepare reports, and handle collections details while supporting the Director of Sales and management with assigned duties. QualificationsEducationDiploma or degree in business management, Good computer skills; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and Knowledge of sales and marketing modules like Delphi, Opera S&M, Protel S&M etc.ExperienceTwo or more years of experience working in a hotel, clerical or sales.
