The Showroom Manager will lead the daily operations of a premium mattress showroom, ensuring an exceptional customer experience that aligns with luxury brand standards. This role requires a strong leader with a background in high-end retail, capable of driving sales, motivating the team, and maintaining a refined showroom environment. The ideal candidate will be energetic, charismatic, and passionate about delivering superior service while overseeing operational efficiency, visual merchandising, and client engagement.Package - AED 10000 - AED 12000/month + attractive incentives.ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and motivate showroom staff to achieve sales targets and deliver a premium customer experience.Ensure the showroom consistently meets luxury brand standards, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and product presentation.Build strong client relationships and support high-value sales, including custom, comfort-driven, or design-oriented product selections.Oversee daily store operations such as staff scheduling, inventory management, reporting, and compliance with company policies.Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and discretion.Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to support events, promotions, and client engagement initiatives.Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.Ensure the showroom atmosphere reflects warmth, hospitality, and a luxury brand experience at all times.Requirements3–6+ years of retail management experience, preferably within luxury mattress brands, premium home décor, furniture, or lifestyle products.Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.Demonstrated success in driving sales and meeting revenue targets in a premium retail environment.Understanding of comfort levels, product specifications, and basic interior design principles is an advantage.Proficiency in POS systems, CRM software, and inventory management tools.Excellent customer-service mindset with the ability to engage high-value clients.Energetic, enthusiastic, and charismatic personality with a strong passion for luxury retail.
