A major multinational entity in the Consumer Goods and Tobacco Manufacturing industry is seeking a strategic and results-driven individual to lead its international sales growth from its Dubai hub.Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be focused on commercial expansion and high-value client management:Export Growth: Developing and executing high-impact sales strategies to significantly drive export revenues across targeted international markets.Key Account Management: Cultivating and maintaining robust, profitable relationships with major international clients, distributors, and trading partners.Commercial Negotiation: Leading and successfully concluding complex sales deals and commercial agreements to achieve maximum profit margins.Target Ownership: Taking full accountability for the achievement of aggressive sales targets and providing accurate forecasting.Collaboration: Working effectively with the Marketing team to ensure brand positioning and promotional efforts support sales objectives.Requirements:Experience: 5–10 years of progressive experience in international sales management, with a clear focus on export markets.Industry Focus: Mandatory significant experience in export sales within the tobacco or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry is essential.Expertise: Strong history of negotiating and closing high-value commercial deals and managing complex client portfolios.Skills: Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
