JD:Sales Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to optimize sales strategies.Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews.Team Leadership & ManagementLead, train, and supervise the condominium sales team.Allocate sales targets and monitor team performance.Provide coaching, motivation, and continuous development to improve sales effectiveness.Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with buyers, agents, and corporate clients.Handle negotiations, inquiries, and customer concerns professionally.Ensure high standards of customer service from lead generation to handover.Sales OperationsOversee property viewings, presentations, and sales events.Ensure sales documentation, contracts, and agreements are accurate and complete.Coordinate with legal, finance, and administration teams to finalize transactions.Marketing & Promotion CoordinationWork with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.Attend property expos, roadshows, and networking events to generate leads.Propose pricing, promotions, and product positioning for condominium units.Reporting & ComplianceMonitor sales performance and submit regular reports to management.Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.Maintain updated records of leads, prospects, and closed deals.
