Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kalutara District for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and manage a sales team to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, analyzing market trends, and driving the brand's presence within Sri Lanka. Additionally, the Sales Manager will coordinate with other departments to align sales efforts with company goals and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven skills in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship ManagementExperience in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Sales ForecastingStrong leadership abilities, including Team Management and Motivational SkillsProficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and NetworkingUnderstanding of the wine or beverage industry is an advantageBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldFluency in English; Sinhala or Tamil proficiency is a plusWillingness to work
