Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Representative for a full-time, on-site position based in Sydney, NSW. The role involves identifying client needs, presenting tailored product solutions, and building relationships with customers in the hospitality and food service sectors. Daily responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients, managing accounts, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will contribute to driving revenue growth and maintaining Top Shelf Concepts' reputation for innovative and dependable service. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship managementFamiliarity with the hospitality industry, including buffet setup, catering, events, or food service market is idealStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsOrganizational, time management, and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital toolsAbility to work independently, meet sales targets, and thrive in a dynamic roleKnowledge of sustainability practices or food safety standards is a plus
