Salesforce DeveloperWe are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join a dynamic IT team and contribute to the development and management of high-quality CRM solutions. You will play a key role in supporting digital transformation initiatives and optimizing customer processes.Key Responsibilities:Develop, test, and maintain Salesforce applications, ensuring reusable and high-quality code.Build integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.Collaborate in an Agile environment with architects, analysts, Scrum Masters, and other developers.Conduct technical analysis, create documentation, and participate in code reviews.Explore new Salesforce technologies and contribute to innovation.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve solutions.Present solutions and gather feedback from stakeholders.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM development and Salesforce application management.Strong knowledge of OOP, Git, Jira, software design patterns, and OpenAPI.Proficient in JavaScript, Java/.Net, React, HTML, CSS.Experience with data modeling, DevOps, and CI/CD processes.Salesforce certifications (Admin, Developer, Consultant, Architect) are a plus.Proficient in Dutch or French and English.Proactive, eager to learn, with strong communication skills.What We Offer:A challenging role within an innovative IT environment.Opportunities for personal growth and expertise development.Flexible work culture with attention to work-life balance.Attractive benefits package.Location: Hybrid, with office presence in Ghent.
