Job Title: SAP Data Migration Consultant (Syniti)Location: New Zealand (willing to travel to Auckland)Role: ContractResponsibilities:Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of data migration activities for SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.Identify data cleansing and enrichment tasks in alignment with business process transformations.Develop tailored migration programs using relevant tools to ensure seamless data transfer.Execute data migration and remediation tasks efficiently and accurately.Establish quality checks to validate data integrity and ensure seamless source-to-data verification.Contribute to the development of a comprehensive data migration strategy and plan, covering data quality, mapping, extraction, cleansing, and validation.Collaborate closely with team leads and stakeholders, including business users, functional consultants, and technical teams, to define migration requirements and ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives.Adhere to established data migration processes, ensuring compliance with best practices, data governance standards, and security protocols.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Minimum of 7 years of demonstrable experience in SAP Data Migration, with involvement in 1-2 full lifecycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA.1+ years of hands-on experience with Syniti (ADM).Proficiency in SAP data migration tools such as Data Services, Data Migration Cockpit, Rapid Data Migration, and LSMW.Expertise in BODS, IDOCs, BAPIs, LTMC, and other relevant tools.Strong planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to identify and resolve data migration issues.Understanding of SAP business processes with proven experience as an SAP functional consultant is considered advantageous.Knowledge of ABAP Development Programming Skills.Familiarity with MDG or related experience is a plus.
