During the 24 months with us, you may go through a Structured Rotational track or Specialized track, under different functions such as engineering. It will allow you to learn different businesses or functions within Schneider Electric, through a series of accelerated induction and programs. Get ready to handle important projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and work with stakeholders globally. This offers a 2-year professional employee to successful candidate who can commit full time working schedule. The Schneider Graduate Program will start in January 2026.  CAREER PATHWAYS: Our Schneider Graduate Program is advantaged from SE’s global presence and currently holding important roles worldwide. You have ample opportunities to stretch your capabilities and potential, by adapting your current skills and developing new transferable skills.  SELECTION PROCESS:  Round 1 - Online Application Complete your application with a detailed resume and other supporting documents (transcripts of record, ID Card, certificates…). Round 2 - HireVue Interview & Gamification If you’re eligible, you will be contacted via email to answer some short questions via video on our Video Interview platform and take gamification activities. Round 3 - Assessment Centers Shortlisted candidates will be invited to join an Assessment Center, simulating a real business challenge. Round 4 - Final Interview Your career interests and potential will be confirmed in the discussion with Plant Director    Experience and skills, we are looking for: Minimum an Engineering bachelor’s degree (preferably GPA >=7.5 or equivalent). Majoring in Industrial/Electrical/Chemical/Materials Engineering background OR equivalent fields of study are preferable.Recent University Graduate with less than 2 years of work experience.Excellent command of EnglishGood digital acumen and adaptability to new technologies. Demonstrated interest/having experiences in project management is an advantage Familiarity with or prior experience using digital tools, engineering software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, PLC, etc.), or project management platforms (such as MS Project, Jira, etc.) is an advantageCompetent in Communication, Problem Solving and Collaboration.Agile mindset and thirst for knowledge, willingness to unlearn and relearn.Aspired to grow into a future leader.Embody of SE IMPACT ValuesLet us learn about you!
