Their ethos is built on bravery, challenging convention, true collaboration, and ultimately being a trusted partner to every client they work with.ROLE SUMMARY:We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Account Manager to become a key member of the expanding Bright Partnerships Sydney team. You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as a primary day-to-day contact while delivering high-quality work and supporting with new business pitches and growth opportunities.As Senior Account Manager, you’ll help develop and activate innovative, integrated campaigns that genuinely drive value for clients. You’ll partner closely with The Australian GM and collaborate with the wider global team across London and the USA to plan, deliver, and evaluate standout B2B and B2C experiences.You’ll also help shape creative ideas for digital content and storytelling across multiple channels, including film, PR, social, digital, and live events for major global sponsorship properties. ABOUT YOU:If you love bringing ideas to life through sponsorship, events, hospitality and digital storytelling, backed by strategic thinking, this role gives you the perfect platform to make a real impact.Experience in sponsorship, events, and global brand partnerships, with solid understanding of integrated activation.Proven background delivering large-scale international sports/entertainment events including experiential, VIP hospitality and production.Skilled in client servicing, partnership management, budgeting, and multi-market activation (5+ years).Must be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, excited to help grow the business.Experience managing small teams and supporting performance/development.Ability to develop impactful digital and social content for brand and sponsorship campaigns.Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills; comfortable with flexible hours and travel.
