This opportunity is with one of our clients that operates in a dynamic, growth-focused industry and values initiative, organization, and strategic support at the executive level.Role DescriptionNitro Closing is hiring on behalf of a client for a Senior Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff–level role. This is a full-time remote position supporting senior leadership.In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to executives, ensuring priorities, communication, and daily operations are aligned and executed efficiently. Beyond traditional administrative support, the position functions as a central coordination point for leadership initiatives, internal projects, and executive workflow.Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and leadership initiatives, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring follow-through on key action items. You will also manage travel logistics, expense tracking, and executive communications while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of operating with both administrative precision and strategic awareness. This role plays a critical part in helping executives stay focused on high-impact priorities while ensuring operational execution remains seamless.QualificationsStrong experience in Executive Administrative Support at a senior levelProven ability to manage complex calendars, scheduling, and executive prioritiesExperience preparing and managing expense reports and travel logisticsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive correspondenceAbility to coordinate projects, track deliverables, and support leadership initiativesHighly organized with strong time management and prioritization skillsExperience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretionProficiency with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google WorkspacePrior experience supporting founders, executives, or operating in a Chief of Staff–style role is strongly preferred
